Who Is MAU LLC
It all started in 2004. James and Melisa had a friend going through a nasty divorce, with not so good credit and unable to rent a place for her and her daughter. She had a good job but needed help to get herself going. With the eagerness to help and not sure how we would handle property management, we got our first investment property and she became our first tenant.
Over the years we have accumulated experience, wisdom, providers, knowledge and of course multiple properties.
Now we are ready to share that with you and help you succeed in your investments plans or simply, managing your properties.
With God guiding our steps, the support of our 3 children, and our loyal providers we have been able to succeed in real estate and grow operations in Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor.
